The name of the Academy is derived from the first three letters of the founder’s (Sam) and three letters from Chinese word (Chi). Chi – vital energy believed to circulate round the body in the current. Chi – the circulating energy of God Almighty.

Samchi Karate Academy is a branch of Shito-Ryu Karate in Nigeria and efficiently teaches the authentic tradition and sports Karate.

Samuel Sensei is a professional and a qualified Coach both for traditional and sport Karate. Certified at the National Institute For Sports Nigeria and Athletes 365 International Olympics Committee. A 4th Dan Degree Black Belt holder of the renowned Japan Karate-do Inoue-ha Shito-Ryu Keishin-kai.

He is a karate champion, a genius, possess a high level of motivational techniques. He has won so many medals as an athlete before taking up his coaching career.

Samuel Sensei is a born leader, epigrammatist, disciplinarian and a teacher who trains, nurtures and transforms lives by transforming minds and body of both young and adults through his unique and exceptional karate skills.
